Frequently Asked Questions

How does membership work?

Signing up for membership at Blockcrazy.com will allow you access to the member's only area of the site.  This is where the entire library of over 500 quilt blocks are stored.  Membership is a one time only fee of $24.99 and is payable by either check, money order or a credit card through Paypal.  To see more information on becoming a member click here.  Once we receive your payment we will sent you the password needed to access the member's only area.  You will receive your password in a few minutes if paying by credit card.  If paying by check your password will be sent when the check clears.

How long is my password good for?

Your password will never expire.  Your membership fee does not have to be renewed each year.  Your one time fee is just that, one time and one time only.

I have just paid for membership, when can I expect my password?

After completion of checkout you will be taken to a welcome page which will contain your username and password.  We also send your password by email within 24 hours.  If you made payment and after 24 hours have not received your password by email please contact us at ph@blockcrazy.com .  If you feel you are not receiving emails from us you may need to add us to your address book or safe list, click here for more information.

Can I sell quilts or other items that I make using the patterns?

Yes, you can sell any products made using the patterns at Blockcrazy.com.    You may not sell your password, your password is for you only.  You may not sell the patterns found on our site however, feel free to print out templates to share with your friends.

What size block do the templates make?

All the templates at Blockcrazy.com are sized to make an approximately 6 inch square quilt block.  Each template includes a 1/4" seam allowance.  Enlarging or reducing the size of the template on a copy machine will give you flexibility if your project requires a different size.

How do I use the templates?

Print out a template and attach the page onto a heavy cardstock or similar material.  Cut out the individual pieces on the dotted line.  If you want to make a more permanent template you can cut out the pieces on the dotted line and trace them onto template plastic which can be found at fabric and crafts stores.  Templates that are transferred onto template plastic can be used over and over.  Store them in a small zip lock bag with the name of the block and size written with marker on the bag.  You can also tuck a picture of the block into the bag for future reference.  You will be surprised at how large your ready made collection of templates can become.
